Here's my card for challenge 17 at Scrapbook sisters - Anything Goes and its back to Sugar Nellie for this one!
Again she is coloured in copics her wings are glittered with glamour dust she is then layer onto a piece of 'once upon a time' paper which is punched using an ek success stamp then layered onto pink and blue.
