Card Challenge no. 13
Challenge over at scrapbook sisters this week is patchwork and here's my card. I wanted to do a star shape as there is a victorian quilt which uses diamond shapes to make up the star. Only problem was I couldnt find my book with the pattern in it so made it up!
Anyway the diamond shapes have been embossed (not sure thats right) on the back so they stand raised on the page, i've then siliconed them onto the snowflake paper with a red diamonte in the centre.

Sugar Nellie Xmas
Xmas cards
Last few days it's been snowing I suspect no-one is going to want a xmas card with a snowman on this year!! :)
Here's a lovely digi-stamp from Gayle Bond - can be purchased from Scrapbook Sisters. He's coloured with copics markers and glamour dusted.
He's then mounted onto blue paper and punched with blue gems.
The reindeer are stamped in stayson then glued and glittered individually. they are then mounted onto 2 ribbons black and gold.
This card I wanted to used the lights stamp which again is coloured in copics then glossy accented - which makes them so much more realistic. I then wanted a tree which I stamped and glamour dusted.

Not xmas and no glitter!!
I got glitter absolutely everywhere while crafting today :).
So I decided to make a card thats not xmas and doesn't have any glitter on it.
this is a papermania stamp of a boy with kite stamped in Brown momento and coloured in copics markers. I glossy accented the circle counters which I got in a mixed bag of buttons but they have no holes.

Car Challenge no. 12
The card challenge at Scrapbook Sisters this week is let it snow. I've made two cards along the same lines one's pink the other blue - the pink one is the one entered into the challenge. Its a decoupage nitwits snowman with a little glamour dust - the white card has a snow flurry image stamped in distress ink (Pink is victorian velvet, blue is tumbled glass) some of the snowflakes are then glamour dusted.

Scrapbook sisters challenge no. 11
Its a baby card
Here's a card I made for a friend whose daughter is expecting a baby girl. The card is like one we made at a scrapbook sisters card class. The animals are on coloured in copics and cut out then put on 3D pads so they are sitting on the shelf with the punting hanging from the shelf. I glamour dusted part of the swirls on the paper and added pink gems.

The red berry on the large leaves is a bead I made with red wire.

Challenge No. 5
This is my card for card challenge no. 5 at Scrapbook Sisters found this one rather tough to think of what to do the challenge was Full Moon.
The paper is from a fairy stack. I've cut out a circle leaving the vine and flower in place mounted the paper onto black and then white the white has been distressed .
In the bottom left corner I stamped a fairy with versamark then used 2 different coloured perfect pearls on it unfortunately you can't see it very well but I like the moon :).

Challenge No. 4
Hi this is my entry for Scrapbook Sisters card challenge number 4. Diamonds are a girls best friend. I've stamped the image of the girl using momento so I can colour with Copics. I seem to have made rather alot of pink cards lately so decided to go for blue this time :) also so that I could use the tumbled glass distress ink which I love.
Anyway the girl stamp is a penny black stamp i've then coloured and used glamour dust for her jewellery etc. Ive then mounted it on blue and then used 3d pads to mount that on the background. The diamond pattern down the left side of the card is using a diamond shaped stamp which I have had for years and never used! I then used diamonties between the stamped diamond shapes.
Excuse any spelling mistakes (I can't spell for toffee) ;)

Not Sugar Nellie ;)
Card Challenge No. 3
This is my card for Scrapbook Sisters 3rd card challenge - over the edge. I love this stamp and enjoy making this card its so simple and yet I think its very effective.
On a card blank i've stamped my cat stamp (stamp-it cat's meow) near the edge them cut around the right hand side of the cat.
the happy birthday is a black rub on.
I do use other stamps!
Here is a card I made for a friend. I love this stamp which is again Sugar Nellie, I do use other stamps!! it seems recently my cards have used Sugar Nellie images.
I coloured her in with Copic markers and then the chipboard lettering in the same colour as her paint brush so it looks like she has painted them.

Card Challenge number 2
Scrapbook Sisters have their second card challenge - scalloped circles. Here's my card for the challenge.
The reindeer stamp and xmas writing are papermania. the writing is stamped on black I then used my scalloped punch the circles.
The reindeer are glittered using glitter dust with the bow in gold glitter, the stamp is scalloped shaped so I cut it out before mounting it using 3d pads. I added red velvet ribbon and brad on red reindeer papers matted onto black and then the white card blank.

This is a card I made for a 60th birthday. It was being sent round the office so I needed to make it A4 size. I decided to make an easel card (to cut down the amount of space I had for stamping and decorating.
I used a flower fairy stamp (with Iris) coloured in with Copics markers. I also layered it with papers and embossed paper using the cuttlebug.
I then made a booklet inside for people to put wishes on etc.
